安全工程“卓越计划”本科生高校培养与企业需求之间供需矛盾与改进

The Contradiction and Improvement of Supply and Demand between Undergraduate Training and Enterprise Demand in Safety Engineering "Outstanding Engineers Plan"

结合安全工程专业本科层次的特点和实际,从知识结构、工程能力、工程素质三方面探讨高校制定的安全工程专业本科"卓越计划"的培养和企业需求之间存在的矛盾,得出在知识结构方面高校的人文知识培养远远超过企业的需求,在工程能力方面基本一致,而企业的工程素质需求普遍高出高校的培养现状。为了安全工程卓越工程师计划顺利实现培养目标,需要高校和企业进行更大范围、更深入的合作,从而找到解决问题的方法,进而促进和完善"卓越计划"更有效的实施。

Combined with the features and reality of safety engineering undergraduate,we discussed the contradictions of safety engineering undergraduate ＂Outstanding Engineers Plan＂ training and enterprise demand from the knowledge structure,engineering capacity and engineering quality.It was concluded that the humanistic knowledge cultivation of the university is far more than the demand of the enterprise,and the engineering quality is basically the same,and the engineering quality demand of the enterprise is generally higher than that of the university.In order to achieve the goal of safety engineering outstanding Engineers plan,colleges and universities need large-scale cooperation,to achieve the perfect integration of supply and demand,to find a solution to solve the problem,and thus promote and improve the ＂Outstanding Engineers plan＂ more effective implementation.
