摘要 线粒体是细胞能量代谢,氧自由基产生的主要场所,也是线粒体介导的内源性细胞凋亡的主开关。研究表明,多种肿瘤细胞中都存在线粒体功能紊乱。线粒体功能异常在肿瘤发生发展的各个阶段也扮演重要的角色。深入研究线粒体功能异常在肿瘤细胞中的角色,对于认识肿瘤发生发展的过程以及肿瘤的诊断与治疗都有着深远的意义。本文就肿瘤细胞线粒体功能紊乱的前沿进展进行了综述。 As the main cellular organelle for bioenergy metabolism and reactive oxygen species (ROS) producing, mitochondria is also the master switch of mitochondria - mediated endogenous cell apoptosis. It was reported that mito-chondrial dysfunction existed in many tumor cells and played an important role in each stage of tumorigenesis and de-velopment. Future studies aimed at mitochondrial dysfunction will provide further insight into its significance in devel- opment,progression,diagnosis and therapy of tumor. The following article reviews the recent advances on mitochondri-al dysfunction in tumor.
