摘要
LCC谐振变换器克服了单一的串联谐振变换器(SRC)或并联谐振变换器(PRC)的缺点,同时具备二者优点,还具有很多传统谐振变换器以外的优点,如较小开关频率范围实现宽线性和负载调制,同时能保持很好的效率,实现全调频范围内的软开关。这些优点让LCC谐振变换器十分适合大功率高压电源。针对大功率高压电源中的LCC谐振变换器参数提出详细的分析和设计过程,并通过Saber仿真进行验证分析。
The LCC resonant converter overcomes the shortcomings of a single series resonant converter(SRC)or parallel resonant converter(PRC),and has both of advantages. Also it has the advantages of many traditional resonant converters,such as the smaller switching frequency range to achieve wide linear and load modulation,while maintaining a good efficiency,and achieving a full range of soft switching. These make that the LCC resonant converter is very suitable for high power and high voltage power supply. The detailed analysis and design process of the LCC resonant converter parameters in high power high voltage power supply were presented,and the analysis was verified by Saber simulation.
