摘要
校企共同体产业学院是产教深度融合的新型办学实体,其培养产权具有不完全性,且是推进建设的关键所在。需要充分发挥校企共建产业学院的主导作用,建立"契约"和"非契约"混合实施策略,在培养产权的模糊界定过程中推进产教融合,对培养产权采取必要的非价格限制,审时度势界定公共领域的培养产权,才能有效提高产业学院治理水平。
School-enterprise community industrial college is a new education form. The property rights cultivation is always in incomplete state, and it is found that property rights cultivation is the key to promote its construction. Accordingly, five suggestions to cultivate property rights are put forward: giving full play to the leading role of the establishment of industrial enterprise cooperation, mixed strategy, promoting the integration of production and education rights cultivation, taking necessary non-price restrictions and defining establishing "contract" and "non-contract" in the process of fuzzy definition of property the public domain of property rights.
