摘要
胜利油田东辛采油厂2016年引进了油井直流微电网智能群控系统,在辛50区块、盐227区块井场安装使用,取得了节能增效的双重效果,减少了变压器台数,降低了变压器总容量、提升了油井自动化控制水平。经对比测试,变压器功率因数达到0.999,综合节电≥20%,变压器减容至少65%。节电效果和经济效益也逐步显现,辛50区块年节约电费45万元,1.5年可收回投资;盐227区块年节约电费13.8万元,1.7年可收回投资。实践证明,油井直流微电网智能群控系统具有运行稳定、节能、自动控制水平高等诸多优点,下一步将推广应用到其他区块。
Dongxin Unit of Sinopec Shengli Oilfeild introduced oil well micro DC-grid intelligent group control system in 2016. The system has been installed and used in XINS0 and YAN227 districts; proving its ability of both energy saving and efficiency improvement. Testing and comparisons also show that it has a power factor of 0.99, the general electricity saving rate is above 20%, and the transformer capacity reduction exceeds at least 65%. Electricity- saving effect and economic benefits are notable. In XIN50 districts, electric power cost is saved by 45 0000 yuan annually, and the investments can be recouped in 1.5 year; In YAN227 districts, electric power cost is saved by 13 8000 yuan annually, and the investments can be recouped in 1.7 year. According to the actual application, the oil well micro DC-grid intelligent group control system is an effective energy-saving technology in oilfield, featuring stable operation, cost reduction, automatic control and so on, and will be further used in other oil districts.
