摘要
内衬316L复合板压力容器由于同时具备碳钢容器的机械性能与316L材质的抗腐蚀性能,在油气处理装置中广泛应用。但是在应用过程中,316L内衬出现了大量点蚀问题,危害到容器的本质安全。通过对检修发现的316L内衬点蚀进行统计分析,得出:Cl^-含量越多,装置点蚀越严重;爆炸复合工艺减弱了316L内衬的抗腐蚀能力,在含有Cl^-的工况下不宜选用爆炸复合内衬316L的复合板压力容器等结论。提出采用内衬2205或825材质的复合板压力容器以降低内衬点蚀的发生,制造厂需进一步优化制造工艺以确保衬层抗腐蚀性能等建议。对后续类似工况容器选型、装置检维修具有一定的指导意义。
The pressure vessel with lined 316L composite plate is widely used in oil and gas treatment equipment because of the mechanical properties of carbon steel and the corrosion resistance of 316L. However, in the application process, a large amount of pitting corrosions occurred in 316L lining, which jeopardized the essential safety of the vessel. This article conducts the statistical analysis on the pitting corrosion of 316L lining found from maintenance, and concludes that the more CI content is, the more serious corrosion is; The explosion process reduces the corrosion resistance of 316L lining; The explosion process is not suitable for manufacturing the pressure vessel with lined 316L composite plate if containing Cl-. It is suggested that the material 2205 or 825 is used as lining to reduce the pitting corrosion, and the manufacturing process should be further optimized to ensure the corrosion resistance of lining layer.
