摘要 针对目前常用的测试系统存在测试速率低、误差大、不易操作等问题,提出了一个由μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统和ARM处理器STM32组合的测试手段。该方法是将具有优异控制能力的ARM处理器与实时性较强的μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统有机组合,不仅有效解决多任务调度情况,同时还能精准检测电池的各项参数指标。该设计以"蜂窝电话用锂离子电池总规范(GB/T 18287-2000)"为测试基础,展现了测试系统测试速度快、高准确性、高可靠性、易于操作、便于大规模生产等优势。 According to the problem of low rate, large error, difficult operation existing in current testing system, a kind of testing method combining μC/OS-Ⅱ operation system with ARM processor STM32 was proposed. The method combining ARM processor with excellent control ability with stronger real-time μC/OS-Ⅱ operation system could not only solve the task scheduling problem, but also accurately detect the various parameters of the battery. The design is based on the "lithium ion battery total norm(GB/T 18287-2000) for cellular phone", and it shows the advantages of fast speed, high accuracy, high reliability, easy operation and mass production of the testing system.
