摘要
综述了无醛固色剂、生物基匀染剂和低毒性荧光增白剂的制备以及在织物印染效果和环保特性方面的相关研究。无醛固色剂中不含甲醛,利用官能团或离子对作用固着织物染料;生物基匀染剂的生物可降解性和生物毒性都较低,可有效缓解压力;低毒性荧光增白剂的细胞毒性较低,而且还具有优异的抗菌性和抗癌性。这些环保型助剂不仅能够有效保证织物的外观、白度和光泽度等,还能降低印染过程和印染助剂对环境和人体的危害。
The preparation of the formaldehyde free fixing agent, bio-based leveling agent and low toxic fluorescent brightener, as well as their related research properties about dyeing and environmental characteristics, were reviewed. Formaldehyde free fixing agents fix the dyes by using functional groups or ion; bio-based leveling agents show excellent biodegradability and low bio-toxicity, which are environment-friendly; low toxic fluorescent brighteners exhibit low bio-toxicity, outstanding antiseptic and anticancer. The appearance, whiteness and glossiness of fabrics could be improved by using these environmental-friendly auxiliaries, and the harm of printing and dyeing process and auxiliaries to the environment and human body also could be reduced.
