补阳还五汤对改善慢性肾脏病3期患者微炎症状态临床观察

Clinical Obsevation of Effect of Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction on Micro-inflammation State of CKD3

目的:观察补阳还五汤对慢性肾脏病(CKD)3期患者微炎症状态的改善效果。方法:选取符合纳入标准的60例CKD3期患者,随机分为两组,对照组30例予西医治疗,治疗组30例在西医基础治疗基础上加服补阳还五汤,观察两组治疗前后症状变化及微炎症指标超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的变化。结果:治疗组患者的hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平与治疗前及对照组治疗后相比,均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而对照组治疗前后hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤可以改善CKD3期患者的微炎症状态。

Objective： To observe the efficiency of Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction on relevesing Micro-inflammation State of Chronic Kidney Disease（CKD） 3th stage. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases of control group simply kept the Western medicine basic treatment, 30 cases of the treatment group was given Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction , By taking TCM syndromes as effectiveness evaluation, hs-CRP , IL-6 and TNF-α change were observed. Results： Treatment group of patients with hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α level compared with before treatment and the control group after the treatment, were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, while the control group before and after treatment the hs- CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α level had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Bu Yang H uan Wu Decoction can improve Micro- inflammation State of CKD3 patients.
