摘要
首先反思现今关于病因学研究的不足,继则基于中医学的气本体论及《黄帝内经》(以下简称《内经》)相关论述,分析中医学正邪本为一气的正邪观,提出"一气中和"的常病观,厘清并确定内邪、外邪、内伤、外感等实质意义与异同,进而指出现今学术界对四者分类的临证弊端与不足,提出"邪"之质实为已偏之气,"病"之本实为本气之偏,"致病"之实在于致气之偏,"治病"之道在于由偏而至中和之态的本体性认识,重新构建具有"感而后应"特点的中医学邪气致病理论,并阐述"内外合邪"的致病与治病观。
