介绍了单元式幕墙防水设计的基本原理和依据,包括雨幕原理、渗漏三要素和等压腔设计。运用流体力学的知识,对单元式幕墙的水流和气流进行定量分析,并结合厦门市世茂海峡大厦单元式幕墙设计方案,具体阐述单元式幕墙的防水设计。
The fundamental rules and principles of unitized curtain wall waterproofing design are well addressed, covering the rain screen principle, three elements of leakage and the design of pressure equalized system. In light of fluid mechanics, a quantitative analysis is given for water flow and air flow of unitized curtain wall. With the ease of the design scheme from Shimao Strait Tower, Xiamen, the waterproofing design process of unitized curtain wall is described in detail.
