摘要
我国第8次基础教育课程改革始于21世纪初,迄今为止已经走过15年多的历程。普通高中体育与健康课程作为普通高中课程的重要组成部分,与整个高中课程改革一路前行,虽然道路并不平坦,但取得的成绩成就有目共睹。为了落实立德树人根本任务,深化课程改革,促进课程更好发展,培养德智体美全面发展的人才,教育部于2014年底同时启动了普通高中各个学科课程标准的修订工作,体育与健康课程标准与其他所有学科课程标准一样经过历时3年多的修订,最终由教育部正式颁布。本文首先介绍《课程标准(2017年版)》修订的背景,主要从党和国家对人才培养的发展要求、国际课程和体育课程发展的新动向以及我国十多年高中体育与健康课程改革的经验等方面来阐述;其次对《课程标准(2017年版)》的课程性质与基本理念、学科核心素养与课程目标、课程结构、课程内容、学业质量与学习评价、实施建议等进行全面和深入的分析和讨论。《课程标准(2017年版)》重点强调要把培养学生的学科核心素养作为本课程的出发点和落脚点,学科核心素养引领课程目标、课程内容、教学方式、学习评价等,对学生学业质量的评价也是集中在学科核心素养形成的程度和水平方面;非常重视在体育与健康教学中,通过创设复杂的情境、学练结构化的知识和技能、保证适宜的运动负荷、进行多样化的体能练习等促进学科核心素养的形成。
The eighth curriculum reform in China started at the beginning of this century and has been going through more than 15 years. As an important part of high school's curriculum, physical education and health curriculum of high schools with the entire high school curriculum reform all the way forward, although the road is not smooth, but the achievements are obvious to all of people. In order to carry out the fundamental task of high moral values establishment and people cultivation, deepen the curriculum reform, promote the curriculum to better development, and cultivate the "all-round development" of talents, in the end of 2014, the Ministry of Education of China began to revise the curriculum standards for various subjects of regular high schools. After more than three two years' revision, the physical education and health curriculum standards and all of other subjects' curriculum standards were formally promulgated by the Ministry of education. This paper first introduced the background of revision of 《 Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition) 》, included the development requirements of the Party and Country for the talents training, the new trends of international curriculum and physical education curriculum development, and the experience of physical education and health curriculum reform of high schools in China over the past 10 years. And then, deeply analyzed and discussed the curriculum principle and basic idea, subject key competence and curriculum objective, curriculum structure, curriculum content, achievement quality and learning assessment,implementation recommendations of 《 Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition) 》. 《 Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition) 》 emphasized several aspects and took the subject key competence as the starting point and ending point of physical education and health curriculum. The subject key competence guide the curriculum objective, curriculum content, teaching methods, learning assessment,etc. The assessment of students' achievement quality should be focused on the degree and level of thesubject key competence. In the teaching of physical education and health, aim to form the subject key competence, physical education teachers should create complex contexts, teach students to learn the structured knowledge and skills, ensure appropriate exercise load, and exercise a variety of physical fitness.
