煤矿巷道底鼓机械化治理技术应用研究 被引量:19

摘要 为满足煤矿巷道底鼓安全高效治理的需求,基于巷道围岩治理的施工特点,提出了巷道底鼓机械化治理的技术思路和机械化施工系统的配置原则。结合煤矿巷道施工条件和机械化治理技术需要,研发了巷道修复机、底板锚固钻机等专用主导机械设备,并分析了主导设备的技术结构特征和功能特点。成套机械化治理技术在陕西彬长矿区和山西阳泉矿区应用结果表明:该套技术装备可有效提高煤矿井下巷道底鼓治理的进尺效率和安全水平,大幅减少工程施工人员,增收节支效果明显,为煤矿巷道工程减员增效、安全生产提供了可靠保障。 In order to meet the safety and high efficient control requirements of the floor heave occurred in the mine roadway,based on the construction characteristics of the surrounding rock control in the mine roadway,the technical idea of the floor heave mechanized control in the mine roadway and the allocation principle of the mechanical construction system. In combination with the construction condition and the mechanized control technical requirements of the mine roadway,a roadway repair machine,floor anchorage drilling rig and special major mechanical equipment were researched and developed and the technical structure characteristics and function features of the major equipment were analyzed. The completed set of the mechanized control technology was applied to the site engineering practices in Shaanxi Binchang Mining Area and Shanxi Yangquan Mining Area. The application results showed that the completed set of the technology and equipment could effectively improve the driving efficiency and safety level of the floor heave control in the underground mine,could highly reduce the number of the engineering construction personnel,could obviously improve the effect of the benefit increased and the cost reduced and could provide the reliable guarantees to the reduced personnel with the benefit increased and the safety production of the mine roadway.
