摘要 测试并分析调温黏胶长丝与普通黏胶长丝的回潮率、拉伸性能,分别采用调温黏胶长丝与普通黏胶长丝在双面圆纬机上编织双罗纹织物,经后整理制得调温针织面料与普通针织面料。介绍编织工艺和染整工艺,测试面料的力学性能、服用性能、调温性能及使用耐久性,并分析加工过程对面料调温性能的影响。结果表明,调温针织面料具备一定的调温作用,相比于普通针织面料,其服用舒适性略下降但在人体穿着可接受范围内,调温性能在加工过程中会有所下降,使用耐久性强,适用于开发调温针织产品。 The moisture regain and tensile property of thermo-regulated viscose filament and ordinary viscose filament were measured and analyzed. Interlock fabric was knitted on double circular knitting machine by using thermo-regulated and ordinary viscose filament, and thermo-regulation and ordinary knitted fabrics were obtained through finishing process. The knitting technology and dyeing and finishing process were introduced. The mechanical properties, wearability, thermo-regulated performance and use durability of fabrics were tested, and the effect of processes on thermo-regulated fabric was analyzed. The results show that compared with common knitted fabric, the wearing comfort of the fabric with thermo-regulated property decreases slightly but still within the acceptable range of human body, and the thermo-regulated property decreases during the processes and the durability is good in use, which is suitable for developing thermo-regulated knitted products.
