借助资本市场深化国企混合所有制改革的路径选择

Deepening the Path Choice of the Reform of the Mixed Ownership of State-owned Enterprises with the Help of the Capital Market

改革开放以来,国企改革已取得初步成效,但国企仍然存在一股独大、效率低下等现象,且公司治理机制以及制度还不是很完善,从而限制了国有企业的发展。为了激发国有企业的活力,提升其效率,本文先阐述了资本市场在国企混合所有制改革中的作用,得出国企混改离不开资本市场;其次,分析了借助资本市场进行国企混合所有制改革的实施路径和实施过程中需要注意的问题;最后,得出结论。

Since the reform and opening up, the reform of state-owned enterprises has achieved initial success, but stateowned enterprises still have a phenomenon of dominance and inefficiency, and the corporate governance mechanism and system are not perfect, which limits the development of state-owned enterprises. In order to stimulate the vitality of state-owned enterprises, improve the efficiency of capital market, this paper first describes the mixed ownership reform in state-owned enterprises, state-owned enterprises mix change cannot do without the capital market; secondly, analyzes the state-owned enterprises of mixed ownership reform need to pay attention to the implementation of the path and the problems in the implementation process with the capital market; finally conclusion.
