花红片、妇科千金片治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症湿热瘀结证的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Huahong Tablet and Fukeqianjin Qianjin Tablet in the Treatment of Damp-heat Stasis Syndrome of Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:探究花红片、妇科千金片治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症湿热瘀结证的临床疗效。方法:随机抽取2015年3月~2016年11月某院收治的盆腔炎性疾病后遗症湿热瘀结证患者100例作为研究对象,将其分为实验组与对照组,其中对照组给予妇科千金片治疗,实验组给予花红片治疗,对比观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:实验组患者治疗总有效率为96.00%,显著优于对照组患者的86.00%,对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的局部体征治疗总有效率为93.00%,显著优于对照组患者的70.00%,对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后显示两种药物对两组患者白细胞总数、中性粒细胞、血色素、盆腔积液的影响差异无明显差异。结论:花红片与妇科千金片对盆腔炎疾病后遗症的湿热瘀阻证均具有良好的治疗效果,花红片治疗效果更佳,适用于湿热瘀阻偏重患者,而妇科千金片更适合于湿热瘀阻兼气虚患者。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Huahong tablets and Fukeqianjin tablets in the treatment of damp-heat stasis syndrome of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:100 patients with damp-heat stasis syndrome of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease treated in a hospital from March 2015 to November 2016 were randomly selected as the research object and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control the treatment group was given Fukeqianjin tablets,and the experimental group received Huahong tablets treatment,then the treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(86%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of local physical sign treatment in the experimental group was(93.00%),which was significantly better than that in the control group(70.00%).The difference was significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,there was no significant difference in the effects of the two drugs on the total leukocyte count,neutrophils,hemoglobin and pelvic effusion in the two groups.Conclusion:Huahong tablet and Fukeqianjin tablet in the treatment of damp-heat stasis syndrome of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease have good therapeutic effect.Huahong tablets therapy effect is better,which is suitable fordamp-heat stasis syndrome of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,while the Fukeqianjin tablets is more suitable for damp-heat stasis and Qi deficiency patients.
