不同基质对盆栽闭鞘姜光合特性和生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用Yaxin-1102便携式光合蒸腾仪,对由红土、泥炭、椰糠、珍珠岩,按照不同比例混合而成6种不同基质栽培下的闭鞘姜叶片光合特性日变化进行测定分析,对盛花期时的株高、茎基部粗及收获期根状茎的鲜重和干重进行观测。结果表明,不同基质处理下净光合速率日变化呈单峰型和双峰型不同曲线;而蒸腾速率日变化均呈单峰型曲线;基质S4植株株高、根状茎鲜重、干重明显高于其他基质。基质S4(泥炭∶椰糠∶珍珠岩=1∶2∶2)有利于盆栽闭鞘姜的生长和物质积累。 The experiment was conducted to screen planting substrates and provide technical support for Costus speciosus. With Yaxin-1102 portable photosynthesis and transpiration system,the diurnal variation of photosynthetic characteristics of C. speciosus in six kinds of cultivation substrates mixed by red soil,peat,coir and perlite were measured in flowering time. At the same time,the plant height and diameter of stem base were gauged. After that the fresh and dry weight of rhizome were observed in harvesting time. The results showed that the net photosynthesis rate of six cultivation substrates varied in a single peak curve or a double peak shape curve. The transpiration rates of six cultivation substrates were the same in a single peak curve. The plant height,fresh and dry weight of rhizomes of substrate No.4 were significantly higher than those of others. It was clearly seen that the substrate No.4(peat∶coir∶perlite=1∶2∶2) provided a theoretical basis for the pot C. speciosus growth and dry matter accumulation.
