砂仁是一种药理作用广泛及历史悠久的中药材。近些年来,大家对砂仁的化学成分和药理作用研究有很大的进展。本文综述了近年来有关砂仁的化学成分、药理作用及其临床应用研究进展,为进一步研究和开发利用砂仁提供参考。

Amomum villosum is a herbal medicine with a wide range of pharmacological effects and a long history. In recent years,we have a lot of progress on the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Amomum villosum. This paper reviews the recent advances in the chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and clinical application of Amomum villosum,it provides some reference for further research and development and utilization of Amomum villosum.
