基于临床中西医病症特点的中医药动物模型评价新方法

A new method for the evaluation of animal models used in traditional Chinese Medicine based on the clinical characteristics of Chinese and Western medicine

随着中医药研究的需要,各种类型的动物模型被广泛地用来研究人类疾病,动物模型已在中医药领域发挥了不可替代的作用,尤其是对疾病发病机制解析、预防、药物筛选与治疗评价、诊断标志物的发现等做出了巨大的贡献,是生物医学乃至整个生命科学研究的基础和重要组成部分,动物模型建立是否成功、有哪些指标体系等缺少必要的评价方法,这是一个极具价值的关键性问题。本文全面梳理了动物模型的研究以及动物模型评价现状,基于临床中西医病症特点,并将动物模型的表征指标进行量化分级,由此提出了评价动物模型的新方法,以期使动物模型的评价方法更趋于标准化、客观化、规范化,促进中医药研究事业的跨越式发展。

With needs of medical research,various types of animal models are widely used to study human diseases,animal models has played an irreplaceable role in the field of medicine,especially made great contributions in the analysis of the pathogenesis of the disease,prevention,drug screening and evaluation of treatment,the discovery of diagnostic marker and so on,it is the foundation and important component of biomedical and even the whole life science research. Whether animal models establishment are successful,what indicators systems are and so on,these problems lack the necessary evaluation methods,and it is the extremely valuable key question. This paper comprehensively reviews the research of animal models and the evaluation of animal models,based on the characteristics of Chinese and Western medicine clinical symptoms,and indicators of animal models to quantify the classification,proposes a new method to evaluate the animal model,and put forward a new method to evaluate the animal model,in order to make the evaluation method of the animal model more standardized,objective,normalization,and promote the leap forward development of the research of Chinese medicine.
