摘要
为了优化管理网络预约出租车(简称"网约车")在机场陆侧的停车行为,集中节约陆侧交通设施资源,从而提升机场航空旅客的出行品质,就需要在明确机场陆侧停车设施功能定位的基础上,考虑机场陆侧网约车的停车需求,以把握住机场陆侧网约车停车管理的重心。本研究从国内典型机场网约车管理现状与问题出发,根据网约车的停车特性与航空旅客乘车需求,总结研究出管理机场陆侧网约车停车的必然途径,并从停车供给、停车需求、停车行为等方面提出机场对网约车可采取的管理策略。
In order to optimize the management car-hailing vehicles parking behavior in the airport landside, and save landside traffic facilities, so that the quality of air passenger travel will be enhanced, it is necessary to take the following steps. To consider the demand of car-hailing vehicles’ parking in the landside after clearing the where it is positioned in the airport. Only in this way can the operator have a good command of the focus of airport landside car-hailing vehicles parking management. This paper first analyzes car-hailing vehicle’s management status and problems in typical airport at home, and then summarizes some necessary approaches to the management of car-hailing vehicles’ parking in the airport landside according to car-hailing vehicles’ parking characteristics and air passengers’ demand. At the end, the author puts forward to several measures on airport car-hailing vehicles’ management in parking space supply, parking demand and parking behavior monitoring.
