校友参与“新非全日制研究生”培养的路径研究

Research on the Path of Alumni Participating in “New Part-time Graduate Students” Cultivation

教育部实施的全日制和非全日制研究生统筹管理,对目前非全日制研究生培养过程和管理方式提出了新的要求,由此产生了有别于传统意义上非全日制研究生的一种"新非全日制研究生"。在对"新非全日制研究生"的定义和特点、出现的意义及发展方向进行分析的基础上,论述校友与"新非全日制研究生"培养的互补性、一致性的契合度,并以此为依据,提出"新非全日制研究生"培养的校友参与路径,为高校构建校友深度参与下的"新非全日制研究生"培养机制提供参考。

The Ministry of Education requires that full-time and part-time graduate students should be managed as a whole,which brings about a new demand for the cultivation process and management mode of part-time graduate students and brings in the＂new part-time graduate student＂who are different from the traditional ones.This paper analyzes the definition and characteristics,significance and development direction of＂new part-time graduate students,＂and expounds the correspondence of alumni and cultivation of the ＂new part-time postgraduate.＂Accordingly,the path of alumni participating in＂new part-time graduate students＂cultivation is explored,which provides references for the construction of＂new part-time graduate students＂training mechanism under the extensive participation of alumni.
