摘要
高等教育需要通过培养大学生的何种能力以促进其实现就业是高校面临的难点问题。本研究通过理论分析和实证研究得出,大学生就业能力是大学生在学校的时间在学习和实践的过程中所积累的专业知识以及其就业机会,包含就业能力、人格取向、社会应对力、就业发展力等多种不同的人格特质的总和,共计4大类14个二级子力要素。
Higher education needs to cultivate the ability of college students to promote their employment, which is a difficult problem for colleges and universities. In this study, through theoretical analysis and empirical research, the employment ability of college students is the professional knowledge of students in the school time accumulated in the process of learning and practice as well as their employment opportunities, including the sum of employment ability, personality orientation, social development, employment stress force and other different personality traits, a total of 4 categories 14 of two sub elements.
