摘要
学科评估是大学(学科)建设和发展的反馈机制、激励机制、参考机制和导向机制。以三家评估机构为代表,对当前学科评估指标体系的特点和共性问题进行分析,提出了学科效能概念,对学科效能理念指导下的体育学学科评估体系建构进行展望和阐释,提出了体育学学科评估体系指标设置总体原则,体育学学科评估体系构建必须超越传统问责逻辑,体育学学科评估价值取向要从结果评估向效能评估转变等几点设想。
Discipline assessment is the feedback mechanism, incentive mechanism, reference mech- anism and guidance mechanism of university (discipline) construction and development. By taking three university rating agencies, this paper put forward the concept of discipline efficiency on the base of analyzing the characteristic and common problem of current discipline assessment index sys- tem, and interpreted the construction of P.E. discipline assessment index system under the idea of discipline efficiency, including the construction principle of P.E. discipline assessment index sys- tem; construction principle of P.E. discipline assessment index system should transcend the traditional accountability logic; the P.E. discipline assessment value orientation should shift from result assessment to efficiency assessment.
