摘要
目的:研究电针治疗乳腺增生病疗效的作用机制与肋间神经调节通路是否具有一定的关系。方法:SD大鼠随机分为A组(空白组)、B组(造模组)、C组(正常治疗组)、D组(肋间神经切断后治疗组)。B、C、D组均制备成乳腺增生模型动物,手术将D组大鼠左侧第7肋间神经切断。随后,选用背组穴:天宗、肝俞、足三里,均双侧;胸组穴:屋翳、合谷,均双侧,膻中。进行电针治疗,1次/d,两组穴位交替选用,5日为1个疗程,疗程间休息2日,共治疗20次。治疗结束后,采用乳房外观检测、病理检测、ELISA法测定血清TNF-α、IL-6含量的变化。结果:正常治疗组和肋间神经切断治疗组乳房外观测定、电镜超微结构观察均有改善,血清TNF-α、IL-6的含量明显下调(P〈0.05)。结论:电针治疗乳腺增生病的疗效机制可能与肋间神经通路具有密切关系,且发挥疗效的机制之一可能是通过调节血清TNF-α、IL-6含量实现的。
Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of intercostal nerve by using electroacupuncture for treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands and the relations between them. Methods: Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into A group(blank group),B group(model group),C group(normal group),D group(treatment group after transection of the intercostal nerve). B,C,D groups were prepared into animal models of mammary gland hyperplasia. Through the operation,the D group' s rats seventh intercostal nerve n one side was cut. Then,we selected back acupoints: Tianzong,Shenshu,bilateral Zusanli(ST36); chest acupoints: Wuyi,Hegu,bilateral Danzhong. Electric acupuncture treatment was given once a day. Two groups' acupuncture points were used alternatively and 5 d as a treatment course and there were 2 days rest between courses,a total of 20 times. After the end of treatment,the changes of serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were detected by in ELISA method. Results: Normal treatment group and intercostal nerve cut treatment group' s breast appearance determination and ultrastructure were improved and serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly reduced(P 0. 05). Conclusion: The curative effect mechanism of electroacupuncture in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands has close relationship with intercostal nerve and it plays one of the therapeutic mechanisms which may through the regulation of serum TNF-α and IL-6 contents.
