盐酸溴己新联合个性化护理在呼吸道感染中的应用效果

Application effect of bromhexine hydrochloride combined with personalized nursing in the treatment of respiratory tract infection

目的探讨盐酸溴己新联合个性化护理在呼吸道感染中的应用效果。方法选取2015年6月—2016年4月于景德镇市第三人民医院收治的60例呼吸道感染患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者施以盐酸溴己新治疗与常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上施以个性化护理干预。比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者干预效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。患者用药期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论采用盐酸溴己新联合个性化护理干预在呼吸道感染中的应用效果明显,可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,且安全性好。

Objective To explore the application effect of bromhexine hydrochloride combined with personalized nursing in the treatment of respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 60 cases of respiratory tract infection patients were selected from June 2015 to April 2016 in the Third People＇ s Hospital of Jingdezhen City,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with bromhexine hydrochloride,observation group was given personalized nursing based on control group.The clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing effect of observation group was better than control group（P〈0.05）.No serious adverse reactions was happened during treatment.Conclusion Bromhexine hydrochloride combined with personalized nursing have an obviously clinical effect in the treatment of respiratory tract infection,it can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the quality of life,and with good safety.
