Research on Pricing Model of Medical Service Project Based on Game Theory

目的:探讨医疗服务价格形成机制,为新医改提供卫生经济学支撑。方法与结果:基于社会福利最大化视角,即考虑患者、医疗机构与政府三方利益,利用调查的一手资料,分别在无保险方参与和有保险方参与定价,需求确定和需求不确定条件下,构建Stackelberg博弈定价模型确定最优价格,结论:归结出科学的医疗服务定价机制,为未来医疗服务价格改革提供参考。

Objective： The formation mechanism of medical service price supported health economies under the new medical reform. Methods and Results： Based on the perspective of social welfare maximization（considering the patients, medical institutions, the government tripartite win-win situation）, using the first-fine information of the survey, the non-insurance side participation and insurance were participate in pricing to construct the optimized price for determining pricing model for Stackelherg game. Conclusion： It sumed up the seientific pricing mechanism of medical services for future medical service price reform to provide references under the demanded and uncertainly demanded conditions.
