摘要
本研究基于活动理论框架,在英语专业本科生学术英语写作课程教学中尝试开展项目依托式合作探究学习。课程融合研究进展汇报、小组学习、助教辅助教学等多种形式的活动,充分发挥中介工具、规则、共同体和劳动分工等因素的调节作用。学生的研究进展汇报材料、论文写作文本、反思报告以及对学生的访谈等数据分析表明,学生的学术英语写作能力和研究能力得到提升,课程取得较好的教学效果。
Based on the framework of the Activity Theory, this study attempts to adopt the project-based cooperative and exploratory learning practice in an academic English writing course for undergraduate English majors. The course involves a variety of activities including project progress reports, group work and instruction from teaching assistants, which give full play to the roles of mediating artifacts, rules, community and division of labor. Analysis of the data collected from the students' project progress report materials, academic papers, reflective reports and interviews demonstrates that the students have improved their academic English writing competence and research ability, and the course has achieved satisfactory results.
