低幼图书精准定位设计与实践——以厦门市少年图书馆为例

Design and Practice of Accurate Cataloging of Early-Childhood Books:Case Study of Xiamen Children's Library

[目的/意义]旨在解决低幼图书的馆藏管理与读者检索利用存在的难题。[方法/过程]在实践的基础上,利用"智能书架"基本原理,通过重新设计二级分类标准,编制"层架标编号"和图书定位,对图书、书架和OPAC检索系统进行优化细化改造。[结果/结论 ]采取图书精准定位,提高低幼图书上架、巡架和检索等工作的效率,有效降低了图书的拒绝率,满足了读者的需求。

[ Purpose/significance]The paper is to solve the problems of collecting management and readers’ retrieval of early- childhood books. [Method/process] Based on the practice, the paper uses the fundamentals of , smart bookshelf”, redesigns a 2-class standard of classification, creates ,shelf numbering” and book cataloging, and carries out optimization on book, shelves and OPAC querying. [Result/conclusion] With book accurate cataloging, it has improved the efficiency of book shelving, shelves checking, book indexing, etc., and has effectively reduced book rejection rate, thus satisfied the readers’ need.
