摘要
随着全球化市场的普及和各行各业竞争的加剧,制造行业也在积极寻求创新与突破,为了解决制造行业普遍存在的订单处理过程繁琐,信息传递缓慢,质量监管不到位等问题,企业纷纷开始实行柔性作业车间调度进行管理。通过调研基于订单生产的乘用车制造企业X生产模式的弊端,利用柔性车间调度方法对其进行系统分析,组织作业流程图,改进其生产计划控制流程,有效改善了X企业的生产模式,提高生产效率,使该公司可以更好应对市场需求变化所带来的挑战。
With the popularity of the global market and the intensification of competition in all walks of life,the manufacturing industry has also been actively seeking innovation and breakthrough,in order to solve such ubiquitous problems as cumbersome order processing,slow information transmission,poor quality supervision. Many companies began to implement flexible job shop scheduling management. Through the investigation of the shortcomings of the production mode of passenger car manufacturing enterprise X based on order production,the system is analyzed by flexible workshop scheduling method,the operation flow chart is organized,and the production planning control process and the production mode of X enterprise are improved in the paper so that the company can better respond to the challenges brought by the market demand.
