延续护理对产妇产褥期心境及自我护理能力的影响

Effect of continuing nursing on the puerperal state and self-care ability of pregnant women

目的研究分析延续护理对产妇产褥期心境及自我护理能力的影响。方法将我院在2014年8月至2016年12月收治的正常产妇进行研究,从中抽取132例作为研究对象,按照数字法规则将其分为对照组和观察组,每组66例。对照组产妇选择常规护理模式,观察组产妇选择延续护理模式。对比分析两组产妇的产褥期心境状态、自我护理能力情况和母婴并发症发生情况。结果两组产妇的负性心境分数和正性心境分数存在明显差异(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的自我护理能力评分为(151.43±21.45)分,高于对照组(122.35±21.22)分(P<0.05)。观察组产妇急性乳腺炎及并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿湿疹及并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在产妇产褥期实施延续护理模式,可有效改善产妇心境状态,提高自我护理能力,有较高的运用价值。

Objective To study the effect of continuing nursing on the puerperal state and self-care ability of pregnant women. Methods From August 2014 to December 2016, 132 cases of normal pregnant women were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the number method, with 66 cases in each group. The control group chose conventional nursing, the observation group chose continuing nursing. The puerperal mood state, self-care ability and maternal and child complications were compared and analyzed in the two groups. Results There was significant difference in the negative mood score and positive mood score between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The maternal self-care ability score in the observation group was（151.43±21.45）, which was higher than（122.35±21.22） of the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of acute mastitis and total incidence of complication in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P 0.05）. The incidence of neonatal eczema and total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Continuing nursing used in puerperal state of pregnant women can effectively improve the mood state and self-care ability of pregnant women, which has high application value.
