摘要
干部考核评价工作是高校组织工作的重要内容,也是落实中央从严治党、从严管理干部要求的关键。目前,高校中层干部考核评价体系在考核内容、考核对象、考核程序、考核结果等方面还存在薄弱环节。基于胜任能力明确高校中层干部考核评价内容,构建科学的考核评价体系,合理设置考核程序、科学计算考核结果、强化考核结果运用、向数字信息化考核评价方式转变,才能充分激发高校干部队伍干事创业热情,建设一支高素质领导干部队伍。
The assessment of cadres is not only an important task for the organization of colleges,but also the key of implementing the strict management of the Party and cadres. At present,there are still some weak links in the assessment system of the middle-level cadres. On the basis of competence,the content of the assessment of middle-level cadres should be clearly defined and the scientific assessment system should be constructed,setting up the assessment procedure reasonably,scientifically calculating the results of assessment,strengthening the application of assessment results,and transforming into the assessment of digital information technology. Only then can we fully stimulate the enthusiasm of cadres in colleges and build a team of leading cadres with high quality.
