痔上黏膜环型切除术和外剥内扎术治疗重度痔疮疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Hemorrhoids and Mucosal Circumcision and External Ligation in the Treatment of Severe Hemorrhoids

目的研究痔上黏膜环型切除术和外剥内扎术治疗重度痔疮的临床疗效。方法选取94例重度痔疮患者,分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组采用外剥内扎术,观察组采用痔上黏膜环型切除术。对比两组手术时间、术中出血量及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量均优于对照组,术后并发症发生率(2.13%)少于对照组(25.53%),组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痔上黏膜环型切除术治疗重度痔疮效果优于外剥内扎术,可有效缩短手术时间及住院时间,并降低术中出血量及术后并发症发生率。

Objective To study the curative effect of hemorrhoidal mucosal circumcision and external ablation and ligation in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids. Methods 94 patients with severe hemorrhoids were selected and divided into control group and observation group, 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with external ligation and the observation group was treated with hemorrhoids and mucosal circumcision. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were better than those in the control group. The incidence of postoperative complication （2.13%） was less than that of the control group （25.53%）. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hemorrhoids and mucosal circumcision is superior to external ligation in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids, which can shorten the operation time and hospital stay, reduce the intraoperative blood loss and the incidence of postoperative complications, and has a high clinical promotion value.
