摘要
设计了一种能够快速拆装、便于移运的油田环保作业井口简易平台系统。平台系统由井口简易平台、井口集油槽、油管刮油器、配套管线等组成。井口简易平台采用插销、顶丝等将支撑框架、调节支腿、钢格板等快速安装而成,可以满足不同形式井口结构的修井作业需要。采用有限元法对井口简易平台进行了承载能力分析,强度和刚度满足要求。现场试验表明,该平台为修井作业井口操作提供了稳固的支撑面,改善了操作人员的作业环境。
It designs a simple wellhead platform system used for environmental protection well workover,shows some detail about simple wellhead platform,wellhead oil sump,tubing wiper,matching pipeline and other components. It applies the adjustable legs and rapid installation to support frames,meets to the different wellhead assembly structures in well working process. It analyzes the carrying capacity of the wellhead platform in finite element method,verifies that its strength and rigidity are well meeting the requirements. The production field tests illustrate that the platform provides reliable support table for wellhead operation,improves the working environment.
