摘要
目的建立氯雷他定片GC-μECD的检测方法。方法采用毛细管色谱柱;载气:氮气;检测器为:μECD;流速:1.0ml·min-1;进样口温度:280℃;柱温:250℃;检测器温度:300℃。结果氯雷他定片在1~100μg·ml-1范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系;加样回收率均符合要求。结论该方法简便快捷,准确、重复性好,灵敏度高,可用氯雷他定片的含量检测方法。
Objective To establish a method for content determination of loratadine pills by GC-μECD.Methods GC-μECD was used to determine the content of loratadine via the capillary column.The carrier gas was nitrogen at a flow rate of 1 ml·min-1.The inlet temperature was 280 ℃,column temperature250 ℃and detector temperature 300℃.Results The linear range of loratadine was 1-100μg·ml-1.The recovery met the requirements.Conclusion This process of preparation is simple technologically and stable,which can be used for quality control of loratadine pills.
