摘要
本文用紫外分光光度法对氨苄青霉素钠在0.9%氯化钠注射液中配伍维生素C的稳定性,按经典恒温加速试验进行了动力学实验研究,结果表明,氨苄青霉素钠的降解为一级反应。25、32℃时氨苄青霉素钠的有效期t_(0.9)分别为5.57h、4.56h。为临床合理用药提供了确切的数据。
