随着信息时代的迅速发展,新型智库对我们国家未来的政治、经济、文化、军事、外交等方面进行科学有效决策起着至关重要的作用,是政府治理与决策体系中的重要组成部分。在新型智库建设过程中,知识资源是决定研究质量的重要保障。公共图书馆作为人类知识的中心,只有加强自身建设,才有足够的资本在新型智库建设中取得话语权。本文在梳理公共图书馆嵌入新型智库服务现状的基础上,通过对公共图书馆嵌入新型智库服务可行性研究,详细论述了公共图书馆在嵌入新型智库服务过程中的现实功能及需要改进的环节和发展对策。

With the rapid development of the information age, the new type of think tank plays a vital role in the scientific and effective decision-making of our country＇s future politics, economy, culture, military and diplomacy. It is an important part of modern government governance and decision-making system. In the construction of new-type think tank, knowledge resource is the important guarantee to determine the quality of research. As the center of human knowledge, only to strengthen the construction of itself, public library can get the right to speak with sufficient capital in the construction of think tank. On the basis of carding the current situation of the public lihrarys service, this paper discusses the practical function, improvement link and the development countermeasure in detail of the public library in the process of embedding the new intelligent library, through the feasibility study of the public library embedding the new intelligent library service.
