武夷山市森林火灾状况与火险评价

Assesement of Forest Fire Status and Its Risk in Wuyi Mountain City

选择福建省北部地区典型山地城市武夷山为研究对象,在分析其2002—2013年间的森林火灾发生规律与扑火投入状况的基础上,从树种类型、人口密度、降水量、风速、气温、路网密度等方面构建火险评价指标体系,并评估武夷山森林火险等级。结果表明:武夷山2002—2013年间爆发的森林火灾均属于一般火灾等级;而武夷山地区总体上森林火险等级处于Ⅱ级(火灾危险中等的水平)。加之武夷山具有双遗产地资源,森林火灾防控尤为重要。

Assessment of forest fire is an important task for forest fire management. In this paper, Wuyi Mountain, a typical mountain- ous city in the northern part of Fujian Province ,was selected as case study. The forest fire situation and investment of firefighting in the study area from 2002 to 2013 were analyzed. The rank of fire risk was identified based on those indicators including tree species type, population density, precipitation, wind speed, air temperature, and road density. The results show that the forest fires in the Wuyi Mountain area are at the level of general fire level. In general, Wuyi Mountain area forest fire rating level in the middle level of fire （Level Ⅱ ）. In addition to the world heritage site locating in our study, thus it is particularly important to prevent and control forest fire in Wuyi Mountain.
