领先优势状态、价值共创与用户创新绩效:心理授权的调节作用 被引量:7

The Impact of Leading Edge Status and Value Co-creation on Users' Innovation Performance: The Moderating Effect of Psychological Empowerment

摘要 产品迭代速度不断加快,顾客参与意识逐渐觉醒,用户创新绩效成为影响企业产品研发速度与质量的关键因素。本研究基于开放式创新视角,以价值共创为中介变量、心理授权为调节变量,构建了领先优势状态影响用户创新绩效的理论模型,并运用相关分析与回归分析方法,对351份有效样本进行了实证分析。结果显示:领先优势状态对用户创新绩效具有正向影响;价值共创在领先优势状态与用户创新绩效之间起中介作用;心理授权正向调节领先优势状态对价值共创的影响;心理授权正向调节价值共创在领先优势状态与用户创新绩效之间的中介效应。 Product iteration speed is accelerating, and customer participation awareness is gradually awakening. Users' innovation per- formance is the key factor to influence the speed and quality of product development. On the basis of the perspective of open innovation, this paper takes value co-creation as an intervening variable, takes psychological empowerment as a moderator variable, and builds the influence model between leading edge status and Users' innovation performance. By applying correlation analysis and regression analysis method with 351 effective samples, this study gets the conclusions that leading edge status has significantly a positive influence on users' innovation performance ; value co-creation mediates the influence of leading edge status on users' innovation performance; psychological empowerment moderates the influence of leading edge status on value co-creation; and psychological empowerment moderates the effect of value co-creation.
