摘要
常温超薄罩面技术因具有养护效果好、成本低、施工方便等优点而成为研究热点。为了规范SMC常温超薄罩面的配合比设计方法并验证其使用性能,本研究首先对依托工程旧路概况进行了调研;分别通过原材料选择、矿料级配设计以及最佳油量确定3个过程对SMC常温超薄罩面开展了配合比设计;通过冻融劈裂试验与浸水马歇尔试验对SMC常温超薄罩面的水稳定性进行了性能验证。结果表明:本研究所设计的SMC-10超薄罩面最佳油石比是5.1%,水稳定性能和马歇尔试验各项指标都符合规范要求,并且SBS改性沥青的应用进一步保证了其高温性能。
Due to the advantages of good maintenance effect, low cost and convenient construction, the technique of uhrathin overlays under normal temperature has become the research hotspot. To standardize the design of mix proportion and performance validation of SMC uhrathin overlays under normal temperature, firstly, this text conducted an investigation on old pavements. Secondly, the mix ratio design of SMC uhrathin overlays under normal temperature was carried out based on the choice of raw materials, the design of mineral aggregate gradation, and the determination of optimum asphalt content. Finally, the freeze-thaw split test and immersion Marshall test were carded out to evaluate the water stability of SMC ultrathin overlays under normal temperature. The results indicated that, the optimum ratio of asphalt-aggregate of SMC-IO uhrathin overlays amounted to 5.1%. All indicators of Marshall test and water stability could meet the standardized requirements. Moreover, the application of SBS modified asphalt could guarantee its high temperature performance.
