摘要
针对现有的战斗机角速率陀螺组件检测设备通用化、标准化程度低的缺点,设计了一套基于PCI数据采集卡和VC++6.0的综合检测系统。通过单轴陀螺转台模拟战斗机绕轴转动和转接信号,机载速率陀螺信号箱进行信号调理,PCI数据采集卡进行信号采集,实现在工控机上实时显示信号数据和波形。经实际应用情况表明,该检测系统测量精度达标,性能稳定可靠,达到了预期研制目标。
The existing test equipment for airborne gyroscope module suffers from low generalization and standardization. To overcome these shortcomings, we design a new comprehensive test system based on PCI data acquiring card and VC ++ 6.0. By single-axis turntable to simulate rotating around axis and transmit signal, marching through airborne gyroscope signal box to modulate signal, through the PCI data acquiring card to acquire signal, to realize in IPC display data and curve of real time. Practical application shows that the precision of test system is up to standard, the performance of test system is reliable and the test system has reached the preset objectives.
