2016年绵阳市食品中食源性致病菌监测结果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解市售食品中常见致病菌污染现状,预防食源性疾病发生,为食品安全监管和科学评估提供依据。方法按照国家食品安全风险监测工作手册和国家标准方法 GB/T 8538,进行6种食源性致病菌检测。结果 6类174份样品中共检出39份阳性菌株,检出率22.41%,其中铜绿假单胞菌检出率最高;63份网店食品检出21份阳性菌株,检出率33.33%。结论铜绿假单胞菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和副溶血弧菌应作为重点致病菌引起重视,建议加强网络供餐的食品安全监管。 Objective To understand the status of foodborne pathogen contamination in Mianyang, prevent foodborne diseases and provide data for supervision and assessment of food safety risks. Methods According to the national food safety risk monitoring manual and the national standard test method of GB/T 8538, six categories of foodborne pathogens were isolated and identified. Results Thirty nine strains of foodborne pathogens were isolated from 174 samples ; the detection rate was 22. 41%. The positive rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was the highest in packed drinking water. Twenty one strains of food borne pathogens were isolated from 63 samples from online shops; the detection rate was 33.33%. Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus and Vibrio parahaemolyticus should be seriously taken as the key pathogens. Appropriate measures should be taken to strengthen the supervision and management of online foods and beverages.
