轧钢精整收集区自动控制系统高速通讯网络的改进及实践

摘要 本文针对首钢水钢轧钢厂棒材(第三棒材)生产线精整收集区自动控制系统的高速通讯网络(PROFIBUS—DP)突然掉站(数据丢失),引起冷床和精整区域电气设备控制回路瞬间跳闸(随后恢复正常),造成轧线冲钢,生产线故障停机,通过对网络连接方式改进,技术和系统抗干扰性能提高,解决了制约生产的“隐形杀手”,为水钢钢材全年生产目标提前完成做出了贡献。 Sometimes unpredictable sudden breakdown (data loss) of high speed communication network (PROFIBUS-DP) of automatic control system in finishing collecting area of No.3 rebar rolling line in Steel Roiling Plant of Shuigang causes instantaneous trip of control circuit of electrical equip- ment in cooling bed and finishing area to result in steel-heaping and mechanical failure in rolling line, therefore network connection methods are improved so that the anti-jamming ability of the auto-matie control system is enhanced and hidden dangers restricting production are eliminated in favor of ahead fulfillment of annual production task of steel in Shuigang.
