“6S”精益管理在高职大学生宿舍管理中的应用与实施——以济南职业学院中德技术学院为例

Application and Implementation of 6S Lean Management in Dormitory Management of Higher-vocational College Students——take China-German Technology School of Jinan Vocational College as an example

"6S"精益管理是著名的现场管理理念和方法,高职大学生学生宿舍管理借助于"6S"精益管理对营造文明、和谐、安全的公寓环境会起到事半功倍的效果。"6S"精益管理在学生宿舍管理中要实现定置化、标准化、可视化、持续优化、不断内化,在实施过程中要制定学生宿舍"6S"精益管理实施方案,组织开展学生宿舍"6S"精益管理培训,分阶段、分步骤实施学生宿舍"6S"精益管理,及时诊改学生宿舍"6S"精益管理中存在的问题,考核评比学生宿舍"6S"精益管理达成的效果。以此为基础,文章还以某技术学院为例,探讨了"6S"精益管理在高职大学生宿舍管理中的具体应用。

6S is the famous field management philosophy and method, which is adopted in managing dormitories of higher-vocational college students to get the effect ＂half the work with double results＂ in creating the cultural, harmonious, and safe apartment environment. According to 6S lean management, positing, standardization, visualization, continuous optimization and unceasing internalization should he realized in the management of student dormitory, and during the course of implementation, the implementation plan of 6S lean management should be set, and the training of 6S lean management should he carried out, and 6S lean management should be implemented in steps and stages, and the problems existing in the implementation should he diagnosed and corrected, and the effect of 6S lean management should be checked and evaluated. Based on the above, this paper takes some technology school as an example to discuss the specific application of 6S lean management in the dormitory management of higher-vocational students.
