摘要
水溶液中,脂多糖与孔雀石绿可形成复合物,导致溶液共振散射光显著增强,在一定浓度范围内,共振散射光强度与脂多糖浓度的线性关系良好,可用于检测脂多糖浓度。研究了适宜的反应条件和影响因素,据此建立了一种测定脂多糖含量的新方法。
A novel method for the determination of Lipopolysaccharide was developed based on the enhancement of Resonance Scattering (RS) in the presence of Malachite Green(MG). In aqueous solution, Lipopolysaccharide can reacted quickly with Malachite Green to form a complex product, resulting in the great enhancements of resonance scattering intensity. The method was characterized by high sensitivity, short time and good stability and can be applied to the determination of Lipopolysaccharide.
