摘要
目的:通过对蓝萼香茶菜中二萜类物质的含量测定,筛选并确定最佳提取方式。方法:以冬凌草甲素为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定不同提取方法所得蓝萼香茶菜中二萜类物质的含量,进而选择最佳提取工艺,并研究不同产地二萜类成分的含量。结果:通过乙醇加热回流法提取所得的蓝萼香茶菜总二萜含量最高;辽宁新宾、千山、凤凰山产的蓝萼香茶菜每克生药中总二萜含量分别为1.710 mg/g、2.010 mg/g、2.144 mg/g;山西吕梁产的蓝萼香茶菜每克生药中总二萜含量为4.535 mg/g。结论:蓝萼香茶菜二萜类物质的最佳提取方法是采用乙醇加热回流法;山西吕梁所产的蓝萼香茶菜的二萜类物质含量较高,质量较好。
Objective:Through the determination of the content of diterpenoids and the determination of Glaucocalyxin A in Rabdosia japonica,and then the optimum extraction method will be ordered. Methods:With the rubescensine A being a contrast,the UV methods can be used to measure the content of diterpenoids from Rabdosia japonica var. Glaucocalyx,and the optimum extraction process can be choosed. Then the content of diterpenoids in the different areas can also be explored.Results:The extraction of total diterpenoids content of Rabdosia japonica the highest ethanol refluxing method,of which the total diterpenoids content per gram of crude drugs in Liaoning(including Xinbin,Qianshan and Fenghuangshan)were 1.710 mg/g,2.010 mg/g and 2.144 mg/g,the total diterpenoids content per gram of crude drugs produced in Lvliang Shanxi was 4.535 mg/g. Conclusion:The optimum extraction process of diterpenoids in the Rabdosia japonica is ethanol heating and refluxing. The quality of the medicine produced in Lvliang of Shanxi,is better than that in Liaoning.
