EFP侵彻圆柱形带壳装药的数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 将导弹战斗部简化成圆柱形带壳装药,利用有限元分析软件对不同弹目交汇情况下,对装药口径65 mm的EFP侵彻圆柱形带壳装药的过程进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明:EFP弹轴和圆柱形带壳装药的轴线在同一个平面上的情况下,当EFP着角为0°和30°时EFP能引爆圆柱壳内的B炸药;EFP弹轴垂直圆柱形带壳装药的轴线的情况下,接触点在装药半径1/2处时,EFP能引爆圆柱壳内的B炸药。EFP撞击圆柱形带壳装药的角度和位置,影响EFP对圆柱形带壳装药的引爆情况;研究结果对于设计新型防空反导武器战斗部具有参考意义。 The missile warhead is simplified into a cylindrical charge with shell. The process of EFP with 65mm charge caliber penetrating into cylindrical charge with shell is numerical calculated by the finite element analysis software for different intersection conditions between projectile and target. The results show that the B explosives in the in a cylindrical shell can be detonated by EFP if entry angle of EFP is 0° and 30° when the EFP projectile axis and the axis of the cylindrical charge with shell are on the same plane. The results also show that the B explosives in the in a cylindrical shell can be detonated by EFP if contact point is at the charge radius 1/2 when the axis of the EFP projectile verticals the axis of the cylindrical charge with shell. The angle and position of EFP impacting cylindrical shell charge affect the detonation of EFP to cylindrical shell charge. The research results have reference significance for the design of a new type of air defense and anti missile warhead.
