摘要
从理论上探讨了用可控挤压油膜阻尼器进行转子系统振动主动控制的可行性 ,研究了油膜间隙变化时转子动力学特性的变化规律 ,进而设计了锥型可控挤压油膜阻尼器 ,进行了主动控制理论与实验研究 。
Investigations have been done to actively control the vibration of rotor system using a controlled squeeze film damping bearing (CSFDB). The CSFDB is developed by us based on the commonly used SFDB. The outer ring of the CSFDB is controllable and controlled by an electro hydraulic servo system. Therefore, the rotor, CSFDB and the electro hydraulic control system made a closed loop control system. The experimental research in this paper is as follows: 1. The experiment investigation of the vibration characteristic of CSFDB rotor system. 2. The experimental active control investigation of a CSFDB rotor system. The results show that the CSFDB is a good control system. In this paper, we gave an introduction about the CSFDB system, and give a detailed analysis to the test process and the test result.
