大学-产业-政府三螺旋理论源于区域创新实践,揭示了以知识为基础的区域持续创新的本质,引发了世界各国对区域增长新模式和新动力机制的探索。我国三螺旋理论研究已走过十年的历程,基本上完成了前期引进和吸收工作。本文希望通过对国内外三螺旋研究现状和存在问题的清醒认识,说明中国式三螺旋研究迫在眉睫,这将是今后十年我们的努力方向和主要任务。相信三螺旋将成为我国取得区域创新理论与实践突破的重要抓手。

The innovation theory of triple helix on academy,industry and government comes from the regional innovation practice. It shows us the nature of regional innovation that is based on knowledge and results in the exploration on new increasing model and new dynamic mechanism on regional development. It has about ten years from that this theory is introduced and studied in China. At the present time, this work has been nearly finished. The clear knowledge map is offered through the reviews on research issues and development situation in the world. The research on the Chinese triple helix is very urgent for the development of China. This would be the necessary research field and very important practical work. The work of innovation triple helix theory and practice is the best one of driving force during the new achievement on regional development is done between theory and practice in china.
