摘要
对模具进行表面强化处理的意义作了简要的说明。列举了用于模具表面改性处理的各类技术。对各种表面强化技术在模具制造和修复中的主要应用范围和延长模具使用寿命的效果进行了叙述。最后对表面强化技术在提高模具使用寿命方面的应用进行了总结,并对其前景进行了展望。
The significance of surface strengthening treatment of molds was briefly described. Various types of traditionaland new technologies for mold surface modification were listed. The main application areas of various surface strengtheningtechnologies in mold manufacturing and repairing and the effects of extending the life of the mold were described. Finally, theapplication of surface strengthening technology in improving the service life of the mold was summarized and its prospect wasprospected.
