从工艺布局和工艺流程、专业装备、作业标准和技术规范、评价体系、质量数据信息化等方面,阐述钢轨基地焊接标准化建设的主要成果。在此基础上,提出建立大数据信息平台、专家评价系统、焊前检查装备、人工智能在焊轨生产中的应用等技术发展展望和设想。
The article specifies the main achievements made in the welding standardization construction in rail welding bases in view of process layout, technical processes, special equipment, operation standards, technical specifications, evaluation systems, quality-specific data informationization and other aspects. Based on this, it proposes perspectives and visions for technical development including the establishment of a big data information platform, an expert evaluation system, the pre-welding inspection equipment and the application of artificial intelligence in rail welding, etc.
